Mike Tran was the first person I spoke to about the damages to my car. He ensured everything would be taken care of. Once I got my car, everything looked great. Practically brand new. I loved it. Mike continued to help me and talk about details of the repair. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Also, Jovanna helped me with my deductible payment. She was a sweetheart who was also very welcoming and kind. They both ensured me that it’s guaranteed and if anything isn’t to my liking to give them a call. Im grateful that the experience was easy and not stressful at all.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I've consistently received at Uptown Body and Fender! I've used this body shop over 10 years, and they've always delivered great work and exceptional customer care. They've fixed everything from minor scratches to major repairs, and my car always looks brand new. The attention to detail and care they show is impressive. From the moment I called with my initial inquiry they were five star service. I’ve never had to get a car repaired before and they patiently walked me through every step. They managed my expectations very eel and then completed the repair faster than expected, and did an excellent job. I’m so fortunate to have Uptown Body and Fender in my neighborhood! I wouldn't wish a car accident on anyone. But if you have one, I highly recommend this place. They helped me with everything my car needed, and the staff was so friendly. There was a young woman who really put me at ease. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but thank you for your help. My car is now working perfectly. They are very professional and dedicated to their customers' needs. Thank you.

I'm so pleased and surprised by how amazing the entire experience with Uptown Body & Fender was! Our Mazda CX-5 got hit in a parking lot so we had a smashed headlight that needed fixing before our upcoming road trip. I went to 4 other shops that were open during the weekend getting quotes that made me cry, and I had decided to go to one of them Monday morning. I made a last minute audible to come by this shop first just to get one more estimate, and I'm SO glad I did! From the very beginning it was by far the most professional experience I had. - There is a place to park your car in the garage while they do the estimate and a cute lobby with tea and coffee for you to wait in. - E V E R Y O N E is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Steve and Anna. It really seems like they all enjoy working there. - Multiple people looked at my car and they listened to my needs. In my case we didn't want it beautifully perfect, but we did need it functional. - I was given a written, detailed estimate with an explanation of the full intended process. Any potential extra costs were disclosed. - I didn't use it because I live in walking distance, but they had a shuttle if I needed it. - My car was done the morning of the first day of the estimated finish range, definitely earlier than I expected - They reduced the cost for services they did not need to perform in the end - so shocked and pleased with this! - They pulled the car out of the garage for me ( I so appreciate this, I hate pulling out of garages). - They don't do oil changes, but gave me a recommendation. - I got a little thank you gift at the end. Our car looked way better than I expected, especially because I had asked for it to be minimally repaired to keep costs low. All in all they provided a stress-free resolution to what was a frustrating snafu, and I couldn't be more glad I came here. I hope we don't need to go back, but living in Oakland I'm sure we will and I'm glad to know there is a reliable, honest sh

I am beyond thrilled by my experience with Uptown. From the moment I entered the building I was greeted by Wendy. She instantly put me at ease with her graciousness, and hospitality. What is traditionally a stressful experience, by the time I left, I felt like I had a visit with old friends. The work was impeccable, the service extremely efficient. I cannot praise this facility enough. Wonderful experience, incredible staff. The Legendary owner, Giovanna is an absolute love. I can’t wait for something to happen to my car so I can go back for more cuddles 🥰 !

Hands down the best body shop in the Bay Area. I might go so far as to say the best business in general as far as Customer service goes and quality of work. It is probably the best business I have ever dealt with. And everyone that works there is incredible! My truck looks like new again. SPECIAL shout out to Anna for being able to park my truck in a very tight spot in front the shop AND then she made me a delicious cappuccino while I waited for the rental car. Just amazing 🫶

After many years of referring my auto accident patients to Uptown Body & Fender, I had the opportunity to work with them personally. I cannot say enough about the quality of Customer Service provided. Now I understand what my patients were bragging about. From the first call to allowing me to leave my rental car with them, while picking up my repaired car, my experience was seem less! Thank you for making this process easier than I anticipated. Great place for auto body repair. Clean timely work and excellent customer service. Brought a lexus here for bumper replacement and paint work and cannot be more satisfied with the results.

I had some damage on my car from an accident, and I was truly impressed by how quickly they assessed the situation. They explained the repair process in detail and took control over having insurance adjuster over costs. I felt confident leaving my vehicle in their capable hands.
